personnel capable editing customer's order?

Is there for shop personnel to edit customer allready made order?

For example if after order we want to change price to lower or add a product if customer asks, or give some kind of discount percent etc...

Sometimes we would also be able to do the order for the customer and set some own custom prices.

There is a mod in the downloads section, but I don't know if you can change the price after the order for the invoice to be sent...
