Limit Number of Products Displayed

On Main Page I have Featured Products listed first and it displays nine items. Below I have place New Products and it displays nine items.

acvastore.com\zencart

How do I control the number of product items displayed in those boxes on the main page.

Say I wanted 6 items in each box or say 9 in Featured and only 3 in New Products.

I can't find a way in admin to do that -

Or is it in a config file?

Thanks much

Thanks very much

I'm new and I missed that bigger than life - the correct answer is easy if you know what you are doing...

Thanks again
