Rollover links?

I'm trying to add this graphic HERE for my header in the tpl_header.php file but it seems to now show. ? I've searched the forum for the answer and somehow came up with a thread to add the easy rollover mod. This seemed to want to work but the images still didnt show and the images that are on my zen site are blinking so I've taken it out. Is there anyone who could help me with getting this added. Thanks. :)

I did get this to finally work. I was having a duh moment. LOL I just needed to write out the whole link for each part instead of using part of it. :)
