Cannot find where to change the text color....

I am at a loss. I have searched and searched but cannot find where to change the color of a certain text on my site. I have installed the plugin spoken of here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=65553 and while it has helped some I still cannot find the offending entry. I have changed all my #000000 to #a4a1a1 and the text in question stays black so I assume it is not defined in any of the css files. Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about. I have included the web developer toolbar info so maybe it will help. It is like this on all the login, myaccount, and such pages.

Disregard. Turns out I did not search ENOUGH. lol Turns out my issue was the LEGEND color. Searched for "LEGEND" in my stylesheet.css. Found it was set to black. Changed it to the a4a1a1 and VIOLA!!!! it worked.
