Do not ask for CC when gift card covers balance
If the gift card covers the order total, is there a way that the credit card info could not be requested? I'd like when this scenario occurs to have the payment method be Gift Certificate/Coupon.
Additionally I'd like to have the amount of the gv applied to the order total. I'll probably do this using javascript, but if anything is built into zen cart for either of these scenarios I'd rather not reinvent the wheel.
