Payment processor for cigar shop?

A client of mine has been rejected/banned by authorize.net, linkpoint and paypal because his shop sells cigars and cigar supplies (humidors etc) (not cigarettes)

Can anyone recommend a payment gateway that his ZC shop can use?

Does he have a Brick&Mortar location?
Does he have a merchant account with his bank?
Have him check with his bank about what they might have

Also might check PayPal Pro ??? as they might be less stringent.
