i cant delete customer...getting error

hi there

when i am going to delete a customer some error throws . i have attached the screen shot. please help me to fix this.

Check to see that the "countries" file is "ok". I've been working on importing client records from another program and those errors were "corrected" when that field in "customers" was initialized to a legal value.

That error is always a result of damaged or incomplete database data ... usually a result of importing incomplete customer records.
