Can't find Paypal Log File @ Server Folder

Hi, having set my Paypal IPN mod. debug mode to "Log and Email", I don't see any log file in my server's /includes/modules/payment/paypal/logs folder even though I have issued a few Paypal transactions. I did received emails pertaining to those transactions. Is there something that I need to set/turn on in order to receive the log file? TIA.

Did you make the logs folder writable?
