EZ Pages TOC and Logo come and go

Hi everyone,
I was hoping someone could take a quick look at my site. I am working with a monster template (I know, I know, but I already paid for it) and the EZ page TOC (Green box, left side, 2nd) and the store logo ("toy Store", top left) come and go randomly each time I re-nav to the site (click "go" or "back"). It doesn't seem to be related to the specific page. To me, a newbie, it is very random.
Please give it a try and let me know what you think. I really appreciate it.

I'm still stuck with this. Any ideas would be very helpful.
This is the header box code for the green box, top left with the ez page links in it. this box comes and goes randomly, althoough it's there more than not.

I can't make them disappear in either IE7 or FF.

Not to give you a hard time about TM, but that template wouldn't have been very difficult at all to create yourself.

I know that now. I'm learning but I feel committed to this template because I paid for it. I'm concidering it a learning experience. Anyway, thanks for trying. Anyone else? It's definately not just my computer or browser, I've tried it at work and publis and it still comes and goes (sometimes)

I've attached a couple screen shots to show my problem: The 1st, "With logo and TOC sm" is the way I would like to see it. The second "no logo or TOC sm" is what I get SOMETIMES. So, sometime I both these boxes, sometimes just the TOC and other times neither. It changes with refresh, different computers (Browser?) and each time I nav back. totally random.
Any thoughts? I'd be greatful.

I'm not getting anywhere with this. I'm thinking it is some sort of conflict in admin, but I'm not sure. Any ideas please.

I'm still not having any luck. I typed in** https://www.keepsafeco.com** this morning at work and everthing looked fine. I clicked an ez page link and the boxes were gone (as shown in the screen shots). I tried going back to the /index.php page and they were gone from there too. Does this happen to anyone else at my site?

Maybe IE Peek a boo bug? Anyone know anything about this and/or a fix?:(
