Linking images to subcategories

Does anyone know how to apply the same link as the title of each category to an image inserted into the categoryListBoxContents? Thanks.

I've just tried to find the section of the site where you can hire people to do some customisation. Even that's so difficult to navigate I haven't found it yet. It ought to be 2 clicks away from the main menu. Is there any simplicity the geeks on this site cannot over-complicate with their cluttered minds?
