Error: File Not Found - (Zip file)

I have a client that wants to provide his songs in a zip file available for download from the store. I have everything set up the way I thought it should be but I keep getting this error upon checkout:

Sorry. File not found. Please contact the webmaster to report this error.

I'm confused as to where the zip file should reside. I have it in the "Media" folder. I have also enabled the attribute setting and set up option value and option name and it isn't working.

Upon checkout it gives me the link to download it but when I click it I get the above error.

I've tried to do both absolute and relative paths to the file and nothing works.

You'd upload the .zip file to your "download" folder, and name the file in an attribute... you will know when everything is set up right, when in the attributes area of the item, you see a "Green" dot next to the filename for that attribute.
