1. admin panel/ configuration/ layout settings/ Main Page - Opens with Category
2. what is your setting hereAlso I assume you have edited the define_mainpage.php, so she/her will show up..

It means that template monster screwed up another template,
if you switch to classic template inthe admin you should see the main page you are looking for

That's right. It will take some custom tinkering with the template code to get the standard function back. It should be possible, but I can't tell you how to do it, since TM changes the code around so much.
