Attribute location in product info

OK, so I am having trouble getting my attributes to play fairly in my product info page. They're actually showing even lower than the add-to-cart button. I am using to tabbed products pro mod, but without it, they are still located in a weird spot.

Any way I can bring it closer to the description?

Also, I notice the the attributes values do not align with the attribute names, is there a way to fix that as well?

Any help would be appreciated. Here is an example of what I am talking about.

OK, I seemed to have figured out how to bring the attributes up level with the add to cart button, but still have not been able to fix the alignment of attribute name and value
