Stumped! - Firefox vs IE display issue

I have a slight problem with tile_back.gif not showing in Firefox on the bar right at the top of the page, it's fine everywhere else on the page. It is now showing as a white bar since I added the css drop down menu, this is now hiding the links on that bar as the text for them is also white, the links are still there because if you go over them with the mouse pointer they show red.

It is showing fine in IE7 so I am a little reluctant (at the moment) to change the css does anybody have any suggestions?

I can't answer your question, but I would suggest you use a better title than "Stumped" for your post otherwise people with the right expertise may not read it. Something like Firefox vs IE display issue or css problem with Firefox. You get the idea.
