Can this be done??

i want to know can this be done.

I have the table rate set for my postage and i have a different table rate for different zones UK mainland, highland etc.

this rate works on the item size and changes price depending on weight of item and the zone which the customer is in.

this works fine

however i want to know if this can be done.

if someone orders from highlands zone and item weight 1kg (small item) it costs £5 to post which is fine if the same people order a larege item wieghing 200kg i want a message to say, Please contact us regarding postage.

Posting of small item to highlands if fine, but larger items are a problem as currier charges us a surcharge which differs from place to please. can this be done???

Search for Conor in the username, and Region Tables.

This module will configure shipping by postcode, so you can drill down to specific postcodes in the uk, and apply shipping to those codes.

ive got it drilled down to county not postcode which is close enough for me, but it just large item to highlands needs a message call for shipped. small items fine, large items hard as well need to use 1 of 3 specialists carriers.

ie carrier 1 takes mirror etc but wont take pottery so we need to use someone else for pottery and then the price changes day to day never a set price
