Is It Possible To Skip Checkout Steps #1 & #2, Go Directly To The Order Conformation?

Quick question, I’m setting up a cart for a client that owns a wholesale nursery that sells directly to landscape companies. They are not going to sell the plates via their website or ship via their website, but they do want to take orders via their website.

So I turned off all of the payment modules and turned on free shipping on all of the products. The cart is now skipping the shipping information page just fine; we need the checkout step #2 for payment options to be skipped is this possible? We want the customer to fill in their contact information click the continue button and go to the order conformation page.

i have changed 'Call for Price' to 'Make an Enquiry'

I was also wondering if it is possible for this to link to a similar form as the 'contact us' but with an added field stating which car they are enquiry about pre-loaded in the form??

there is a module called ask a question that you could use, and then just remove the call for price block entirely
