USPS Shipping Module not work with my international addresses

I haven't made any changes to zen car 1.3.7 - but now international addresses no longer allow you to continue to the purchase. They get this message when trying to use an international address (one not in the US).

United States Postal Service
An error occurred with the USPS shipping calculations.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

I've removed, installed and reconfigured the module and getting the same error trying to use an address outside of the US.

Check that you have the current USPS module installed:

I have the update installed, removed the module and reactivated. Still not First Class International shipping. Any other things I can try?

Linda, my USPS international rates are not working as well. We are working off version 1.2.5 because our site has been customized so much that we can't upgrade. We tried your patch and changed the file over but it doesn't seem to work. When we load it we just see nothing over to the right side of the control panel and the USPS is just gone. Do you have any idea how to fix this? Thanks

First Class Mail International appears to be broken with the current USPS Shipping module. Sounds like the Zenners are working on it...

We tried that one as well and it did the same thing??? Here is a screen shot. You can see the USPS just disappears. Also when you click on anything now no options show up on the side. I prvided a picture showing this. Thanks!

That sounds like bad code or a duplicate copy of the code by another filename and causing a conflict in the autoloading directory ... :unsure:

yes we used the 1.2x. We tried it 3 different times. Do you guys have any idea what else to do? Also, if I pay you can you get this fixed? Please email me at [email protected]. Thanks!

You can PM me if you like ... it really sounds like you just have extra code in the directory:
/includes/modules/shipping

that is conflicting and causing this issue ...

However, without seeing your site via FTP it is hard to say exactly what you may have moofed up in there ... :blink:

I can't get International First Class to show up, either. I installed the patch for 1.3 - I'm on 1.3.8a.

I don't get any error messages, just no options for the International First Class shipping. I deleted includes/modules/shipping/usps.php and reinstalled. I checked twice to make sure I had the correct patch.

Any advice would be appreciated.
