Firstly, you'll have to use a proper HTML editor to create your list. MS Word is completely inappropriate as it formats your work in a way that cannot be used on websites.
There are lots of shareware html editors around, so if you don't want to spend too much money, look for one of these editors.
You can use the HTMLArea editor that is bundled with ZC, and it has sufficient capacity to achieve what you are after. You "enable" HTMLArea by going to ADMIN>>>CONFIGURATION>>>MY STORE>>>HTML EDITORS.
Secondly, the content of your EZ-page is ALL standard HTML, so you don't need to worry about php. If you create correct HTML code ecternally in another html editor, it can be "copied and pasted into" an ez-page quickly and simply, and will function according to the HTML tags and commands you've embedded in it.
The feature of linking from a bullet list to a paragraph down the page is called "Bookmark and Anchor" hyperlinks, and again, these are standard HTML tags and commands. (If you know HTML, you could even "write" these pages in Notepad).
After you have created appropriate HTML content (let's say you've done this in an external editor), you will "copy" the content (only the bits between the <body> and </body> tags), and "paste" it into the ez-pages editing screen (after toggling to view the source code).
Keep well away from MS products when editing or creating html, or anything to do with your ZC files. MS is not designed for this purpose and will wreak havoc with your site.
(To save a bit of time, you could convert your current MS Word list into a PLAIN TEXT format, by "copy and paste" into Notepad, then "copy and paste" that into your html editor, being sure to REMOVE ALL FORMATTING before you "paste" it into the HTML editor.... In other words, use PLAIN TEXT to start with, then format - eg, add bullet list - it with the HTML editor.)
