Adding to Paypal Verified sidebox mod

Hi,
I just added the paypal verified sidebox to my site, but want to add the following code

<table border="0" cellpadding="10" cellspacing="0" align="center"><tr><td align="center"></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><a href="#" onclick="javascript:window.open('https://www.paypal.com/au/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/cps/popup/OLCWhatIsPayPal-outside','olcwhatispaypal','toolbar=no, location=no, directories=no, status=no, menubar=no, scrollbars=yes, resizable=yes, width=400, height=350');"><img src="https://www.paypal.com/en_US/AU/i/bnr/horizontal_solution_PP.gif" border="0" alt="/i/bnr/horizontal_solution_PP.gif" border="0" alt="Solution Graphics"></a></td></tr></table>

so this second logo will be underneath the first but in the same side box. I am not sure where to put this code.

The website is https://www.partyparcels.com.au

Thank you in advance for your time.
