Can it be done????, here is the code, all i want to do is add one sidebox to the right hand side of my shop that runs throughout the zen cart with this little media player inside it:

<div id='vu_ytplayer_vjVQa1PpcFM0osuoB6zGspYFdJl9PYCDYcpPR-yVa9M='><a href='http://www.youtube.com/browse'>Watch the latest videos on YouTube.com</a></div><script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.youtube.com/cp/vjVQa1PpcFM0osuoB6zGspYFdJl9PYCDYcpPR-yVa9M='></script>

Use the blank sidebox mod and add that code to it.......

Suggestion: put it on a separate page instead. Otherwise every page load is slowed down.
