Wrong Address on Customer Orders

Hi,

Since upgrading from 1.2.7 to 1.3.8a, customer orders have been showing with additional information on their orders.

Here is an example from pre 1.3.8a

Bob Smith
50 Something Street
That Place There
Melbourne, 3020
Armed Forces Americas, Australia

And another one

John Smith
51 Something Place
Perth, 6000
Armed Forces Canada, Australia

See the errors ?? It's replacing the State with Armed Forces America and Armed Forces Canada

Armed Forces America should be Victoria
Armed Forces Canada should be Western Australia

This is one from a new customer, which is correct

Ralph Smith
52 Something Street
Orange, 2800
New South Wales, Australia

I've searched all though the data base in any of the tables associated with customers and addresses but I can't find any reference to it.

Its only happening on customers who registered with us prior to the upgrade.

The only Country I have under location in Admin is

Australia
ISO Code (2): AU

ISO Code (3): AUS

Address Format: 1

The only zones I have setup are Australian Zones

Has anyone seen this before its annoying and a concern to customers, so we need to find a fix'.

Any help would be appreciated.

Its still an issue and I've tried everything that I know, which granted, is minimal.

I need to find a resolution, as I had 2 customers today express concern where there order might end up..!

Thankfully I was able to assure them, but thats only after they emailed their concerns.

I'm not sure what your problem is with the state missing.

But the correct address format for Australia is 2 not 1. That may help.

Thanks.. I'll give that a try and see how that goes..

If you go to the Admin and edit the account is the address info correct?

If you go to phpMyAdmin and search the address_book for this customers_id ... are there 1 or more records?

Are the addresses correct?

Are the
entry_country_id
entry_zone_id

correct?
