Lost About Us Page

Hello:

Under the Tools>Define Pages Editor, I have revised the main page and about us page. I have been able to successfully revise the main page. The "define pages" editor says the file is at: /home/myusername/public_html/madebyfern.com/store/includes/languages/english/html_includes/mycustomtemplatename/define_main_page.php

Great and wonderful. Works well.

I go to change the "About Us" page located at: /home/myusername/public_html/madebyfern.com/store/includes/languages/english/html_includes/mycustomtemplatename/define_about_us.php

(the same place as the main page) and I revise it. Click save. I go to the website- there is a "file not found" error. Checking with FTP, I upload a new define_about_us.php page wherever I can - lol. Still nothing. How do I get the "About Us" page back?

Web site with Zen Cart is in the sig file. Thanks.
