International Customer's Problems logging in

Our site is working except that International customer are having problems after logging in. The systems keeps looping them. And they are not able to acess the site. https://www.zen-cafe.com....

You appear to be missing at least 2 classes in your stylesheet:

.hiddenField {
display: none;
}
.visibleField {
display: inline;
}

Ok, sorry but I am blond how do I fix that problem, the style sheet was template, I am not the most savy programmer.:clap:

You need to locate your stylesheet.css file in your template ...

Usually this would be in:
/includes/templates/your_template_dir/css/stylesheet.css

Not sound really stupid, but I just need place the code from that post into they style sheet? Or is there any other coding that need to be done?:blush:

You need to add those classes to your stylesheet ... then look to see if this fixes the issue you are having ...

Hi I add those classes to the style sheet with no luck, I had international customer same issue.:huh:

Yes, a customer in the Philippines stated that they were not able to log in once they setup there account. I have not seen anyone in the US having this issue except internatinal customers, having this issue.:cry:

I am in the Philippines at the moment and just done a test on your site no problem logging in as you described above, but you have real problems with your SSL certificate throwing up errors on every click.
