Google Checkout not adding shipping from Zonetable

Hi there,

I have installed zonetable module , but cannot not get google checkout to use this shipping method , its showing the zonetable module in the backend in googlecheckout but without any of its rates, google checkout will not let me use the shipping generator, when i click on the link it asks me for a username & password ?

Totally lost here, any help please would be great.
