Unusual problem installing zen cart

I have succesfully installed zen cart at least 10 times and never had any problem. However, I recently availed hosting on a new web server where I get the following errors when trying to install zen cart:

Warning: main(includes/application_top.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /nfs/c02/h04/mnt/18022/domains/hangers.in/html/zc_install/index.php on line 23

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php-4.4.8-1/share/pear') in /nfs/c02/h04/mnt/18022/domains/hangers.in/html/zc_install/index.php on line 23

includes/application_top.php

The error msg. is telling you the above file cannot be found. Best to re upload it. To save on potential future problems from missing files, re upload the whole 'includes' dir.
