Search and Advanced search not returning results

Search and Advanced search not returning results

Good day to all,

I have V.1.3.8 running on the default template. I have added a few test products with product descriptions. When i try to do a search I do not get any results and I have double checked in the database the keyword i am using is within the description.

Has anyone found a fix for that?

you need to register to be able to see products... What ever string i enter it will come back saying it was not found.

You have errors in your configure.php file(s) ... if you look at your URL it is producing double slash // in the URL and this won't work very well on your site ... :eek:

I am not sure yet about other issues, but I would start by fixing this one ...

Search and Advanced search not returning results

When i do a search the following message appears

Advanced Search
Text not found in products
Text not found in categories
Text not found in information pages

Please, can anyone bring me some help??
