Set up override folders, now site is all wacked out

So I set up my override folders following the tutorial on how to create a new custom template. My folder structure is as follows:
includes

templates

botanika

common

tpl_header.php (edited this file)
css
stylesheet.css (have not edited yet)
sideboxes (empty)
templates (empty)
template_info.php (edited as per instructions in tutorial)
images
the three image files that come with zen cart

The layout and images that come with zen cart are gone, my side boxes are gone, etc... well, see for yourself - https://www.botanikanaturals.com

What did I do wrong? Is there something else I need to copy over, or did I do something I wasn't supposed to?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

iHi!
Just a quick peek at your view source shows this:

includes/templates/template_default/css/stylesheet.css"

and it should read similar to this:

includes/templates/Mydesign/css/stylesheet.css"

Have you also activated the template from the Admin> Tools> Template Selection and then reactivated the sideboxes in Admin> Tools> Layout Box Controller?

Re: Set up override folders, now site is all wacked out

Ok, to answer both of you in one post, I DID have the css file in my overrides folder, and I will put it back to see if that works. And yes, once I reset the sideboxes they did show up, but without the css styling, so right now I will go fix the css thing and see if that helps.

Thank you for the quick replies!!

update
I just put the css file back in my overrides, and the pages is still the same width, but the graphics are still missing. Do I need to put those in my override folder as well?? Have a look see - https://www.botanikanaturals.com

OK, all better now. I copied the images folder into my custom_template folder and all my problems went flying out the window :)
Now I can really start customizing this mother the right way!
Zen Cart forums are the bestest ever
