Blank Admin Page problem

Hi everyone,
I did spend hours looking through the forums but no answer. Any help will be appreciated. I do get the famous blank page when going to admin. No problem in normal shop.

here are the details:

Version: zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007
Ftp client: filezilla
changes : none made
installation clean : three times
SSL = set to false in all config files
tried with zc_install still there and not there and with changing the permissions of the config files to rw as well as r only

Error getting:

It looks like that it looks for the /intisystem.php which exists in the main includes/ directory but not in the admin/includes/ . I even tried to place a copy of the file there but just created more problems.

Server runs on PHP 5 with Curl support enabled "libcurl/7.16.1 OpenSSL/0.9.7e zlib/1.2.3"

Any idea please?

This can be a bad file upload or a bad edit if you have edited the file

Thanks but no and no. As I mention on my posting I have done three clean installations and I have even gone file by file to make sure that the size is the same.

Also I have not touch any of the files at all. Uploaded them and just installed them. the main cart works but no admin.
