Dispatch Zones

I have a Zen Cart that sells from three locations around Australia.
The thing is that the shipping into different zones (states) varies for certain products, how could i set this up?
Can i set up a item location, instead of a global location for all products.

Define individual zones and depending on what ahipping module you are using - you can specify these zones and rates or might have to clone a ship module X times one for each zone
