Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class un_productlist

When attempting to login to my website's admin today I got the following message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class un_productlist in /home/pazdarwi/public_html/admin/includes/extra_datafiles/un_productlist.class.php on line 16

How do I correct this?

How do I correct this?
extra means something that you added like a module - Remove it completely or go over the install again to see if you might have missed something or had a bad upload?

Good Evening:

I tried removing the "extra" item. That got a different error. Went through the process of totally re-installing the module, got the original error back. The weird thing is that I did not have trouble with this module for a couple of months.
