Paypal - no order & Paypal Sessions Viewer

Hi,
When I get a paypal payment there is no order showing.....I understand this is due to cusomters not returning to my site.

I want to install paypal sessions viewer to see these lost orders but I do not have a clue how to do this and, after all the time I have taken to set up my site, I don't want to mess it up.

Can someone please give me the most basic easy to understand instructions on how to add this download correctly and how to use it once I have done this.

I am not at all computer literate so need this SIMPLE
thanks

In the mod you downloaded, there's a folder named "admin".

All you have to do is upload that folder, using your FTP programme, to where your existing admin folder is on your server, as if you're going to overwrite it. In doing this, all the mod's files will fall into the right places (providing you use a good FTP programme such as FileZilla). Your admin folder should be located in the root directory, in the same place as your "images" and "includes" folders.

Important: If you renamed the admin folder on your server to something else for security, then you will need to rename the admin folder in the mod before uploading, so that it matches.

Alternatively, instead of uploading in one go, you could manually upload each file to your server, ensuring the structure is the same as that of the mod. There're only about 4 files so this wouldn't take long, nor be difficult.

Once you have everything uploaded, in your admin panel, go to Admin>Customers>View Stuck PayPal Orders and all the information you need should be presented there.
