Canadian shipping address' not working in checkout

I have a problem with my checkout process that I cannot figure out... can someone help?

The checkout process appears to work perfectly for everyone in the world EXCEPT for anyone with a Canadian address.

If I create an account with a US shipping address and billing address, everything processes correctly, if I add a canadian shipping address and try to send, the checkout process will not proceed past step 3 order confirmation. It just loops back to step 2 for me to re enter billing address.

This happens with all Canadian orders regardless of the card or billing address used, but as I said everyone else in the world has no issues.

Any Ideas on what this issue could be, or where to start looking?

Hi there
This sounds like your shipment module or zone setup does not allow shipping to Canada.

Re: Canadian shipping address' not working in checkout

I looked at that and it looks fine to me. Zones are set up correctly.

Canadian orders get these error messages:

"There was a general error. Please double-check your information and try again."

"Your billing address is shown to the left. The billing address should match the address on your credit card statement. You can change the billing address by clicking the Change Address button."

There seems to be a problem with the address format, not sure how to fix it though.
