we keep getting about 5-6 contact us messages from our site from ######## sites. Is there a way to stop this???

Additionally, you could block the IP address using either cPanel or your .htaccess file.

Yes. It would be useful if the messages you received were from some sort of script. If not, blocking their IP address might be best. You might also be able to filter any future messages out by altering the settings in your email program.

it comes from a different email every time, most are going to my spam box but some aint, plus i check my spam box everyday as some other thing go in there that should't.

blocking the IP is actually kinda worthless, since they usually use a proxy of some kind,
would suck to block 1/2 of AOHell users from your site cause of a robot.
captcha is the way to go

plus many people (like my self) use a dynamic IP and this changes everytime a reset my router

this Captcha mod is for version 1.3.8 im using 1.3.7. will this work or kill my site???

It says it's for 1.3.7 so you should have no problems.
