zen_whos_online is marked as crashed

Sorry did not read all posts. So the reason is db upgrades initiated by the hosting company? A little warning that this is possibly happening would be great. But is maybe too much asked for....

Use InnoDB tables instead, and I'm not saying that because of my recent post about it's performance. InnoDB is more reliable then MyISAM and will repair itself automatically upon mysql server restart.

MyISAM tables can be damaged but still work without reporting any errors, returning wrong data ( wrong record counts, wrong records etc).

ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR DATABASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't have your original working backup, don't post and waste our time.

I haven't experienced this disaster so far... my flagship Zencart URL still lives on. http://www.scienscope-products.com without any trouble at the moment. My ISP is he.net, cherry server. But I have used the code mentioned by Merlinpa1969" on my other accounts. It's definitely server-side issue.

I went into my pphpadmin program, found the who's online entry, clicked on it and clicked the work empty. Website back online straight away.
