Re: banner images show in https but not http

I see the zen cart side box banner in both Fire Fox and IE6

Might re-boot or just clear your browser cache

BTW: You should not be so secretive about you site and put it up with some content about not being open and submitt it to Google, MSN, YaHoo etc now so that the bots start on it and as you add more they also see change and this is a good thing

Re: banner images show in https but not http

by the way... all other images on the site are fine in http its just all the banner images. Im going to mess with the folder permissions right now to see if that could be it.

Re: banner images show in https but not http

Folder permission did not make a difference. Looked at chown and same owner as everything else... Im really at a loss here.

Re: banner images show in https but not http

Thanks Kobra, I have cleared the cache and still dont see the banners in http. I also dont see the image when I navigate directly to the image. And its just the banner images that dont show in http.

Ill keep investigating and let others know if I find anything out.

Thanks again

Re: banner images show in https but not http

Did you try turning off your Anti-Virus Program such as Norton's Internet Security which will block out the banners when in a directory called /banners ...

To test, make a new directory:
/images/fred

load a banner in there ... does it work now?
