upgraded, changed domain, which files to move?

which files for the html and defined pages do i use from the old site to the new site. i can't seem to find it anywhere. i need my blurbs on the more info pages and also images and such to go on the new domain. is there a list of folders that i can just overwrite the new with the old?

thanks
