Selling products with or without credit card or paypal

Hi, i am building a store with zen cart for a scholar project and i am having some doubts with the payment methods. Because of the store is only experimental i would like to "sell" products without have to configure the paypal or credit card methods, because now if a "buy" a product it stays "pending" because the payment is not complete. Can someone help me with this?

You can customize Order Status to suit your needs for your store. Go to:
Admin->Localizations->Order Status
Here you can add/remove as you need as well as set the one you want as default.
