missing additional images after upgrade

Has anyone else had this problem?

I upgraded to Zen 1.3.8 this weekend. It seems that multiple images for my products are missing now, presumably as a result of the upgrade. This was working fine before the upgrade.

  • I checked to make sure multiple images is turned on.

  • I checked the FAQ here to make sure I wasn't missing something:
    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=58

  • I checkd my images/product/ folders to make sure the images are still there (they are).

  • I looked in Image Handler to see if anything looked odd, and Image Handler shows the multiple images for any given product. It's just not showing up on the product page.

I am not sure if this is an Image Handler issue or a Zen issue, so I thought I'd start here and post to the Image Handler forum if nobody here has had this problem after an upgrade.

Thanks!
Tracey

Re: missing additional images after upgrade

I have checked and rechecked all FAQ items, threads, even the Zen Cart book to try to find out the problem with this. I turned the multiple images setting off and back on again. I am completely baffled as to why my additional images aren't showing up. This worked fine in 1.3.7, but is now not working in 1.3.8. The images are named correctly and are in the correct folder and are all on the server.

I did see one thread that said something about a bug fix for
-BugFix: additional-images module problem in PHP5 fixed
That thread is here:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=87413&highlight=additional+images

Could it be because my PHP Version is 4.4.8?

Thanks for the update that it was an add-on causing this and for posting the link to the solution that worked for you ...
