help... why are my weights rounding to whole pounds?

when i put in something like 0.75 (12 ounces), ZC rounds it up to 1. lower than 0.5 goes to 0. what can i do to fix this?

I am having the same problem as above here are my settings:

Enter the maximum package weight you will ship 50
Package tare small to medium added percentage: weight 0:3
Larger Packages - added packaging percentage:weight 10:0

I am not sure if any of these are right or not. It makes no sense to me at all the way it is worded.

I have 0.75lbs ... I add Tare of 0:3 or 3lbs ...

I now have 3.75 lbs ...

Tare is set for small/medium and large packages:

Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight
What is the weight of typical packaging of small to medium packages?
Example: 10% + 1lb 10:1
10% + 0lbs 10:0
0% + 5lbs 0:5
0% + 0lbs 0:0
