Purchase B only if purchase item A

Hi..

I'm trying to set up this condition on my store to reflect that the shopper can only purchase item B if he/she purchases item A.

It's not a promotion, but a on-going feature...can anyone point me to the right direction?

Better Together is "Get a discount on B if you buy A".

Buy B if-and-only-if you buy A is a customization.
