telephone number not showing with Paypal Express

Hi, I just noticed a couple of orders have come through that didn't have their telephone numbers stored with their name and address, so I couldn't contact my customer when I needed to. I just realised that it's only customers who use the Paypal Express button.

Can I enforce customers to give me their number?
It's important that I contact my customer on occasions and often emails are not answered quickly enough.

You can set up your PayPal account's preferences to require the phone number to be supplied when customers are making a purchase. In your PayPal account, click on Profile, then Website Payment Preferences, then enable the option under Contact telephone number.
