Paypal check out error

Hi, I am getting this error when I try to use paypal to check out in one of the web stores I have setup.

Error 10413 Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. - The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.

I am not sure where the additional details can be seen to see what the problem is.
Help...

I get this error but all the totals on the cart check out look correct.
The price includes 6% state sales tax.
I am using my paypal account to make a test purchase and make sure the store payment system is working before we start the launch. It appears not as of right now anyway. Tell me if this site loads to slowly for you also.

yes I have the same problem, when I switch to Display Prices with Tax (true)
the paypal express checkout process does not work. When I turned to Display Prices with Tax (false) paypal express works fine.

I already tried everything in the settings with tax and shipping, but the problem
is still there. I have read the comments in the forum, but there is no solution that
works for me.

I would be very happy to get a solution for that problem.:shocking:

Yes I have found it to be a problem with the sales tax being displayed. It does work fine if I turn the sales tax off. An if a sale is out of state that OK to. But what will i need to do to cover the instate sales where tax should be charged?

In your Paypal account under profile you will find a place to define the sales tax.

You only need to collect tax for your state and that includes shipping and products.

I have my Paypal account in Germany, I did not find the place in My Profile, to determine the sales tax, maybe it is not included in the German Paypal account.

I have really a big Problem with that Paypal Express problem, if some one has a solution how to make that work, I would be very happy. :lookaroun

PayPal IPN (Basic PayPal service) works with Display Prices with Tax true
PayPal Pro and Express do not work, only when Display Prices with Tax false
I switched it off and hope, there will be a solution in the future.
