Running 1.3.7.1 -- is it necessary to upgrade?

Hello-
We're running ZC version 1.3.7.1 on a very simple shopping cart and are happy with its current functionality. Is there any reason that it's necessary to upgrade to 1.3.8?

The primary reason for your case would be improved security for your site and customer and financial information.
It will also generally be easier to upgrade one version at a time rather than making a big jump.

That makes sense. Thanks. I don't feel confident doing the upgrade myself. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how I can find a good ZC consultant to give us a hand?
