insert zones for indonesia ?

i'm from indonesia. I want to insert city and province in indonesian country how to do that???very long time if i insert 1 by 1. i have the database but with excel format (.xls). please give me a solution???

when I imported the file I've got this error message inside my phpmyadmin

SQL query:

INSERT INTO zones( zone_id, zone_country_id, zone_code, zone_name )
VALUES (
'', 100, 'Sumut', 'Sumatera Utara'
);

#1062 - Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY'
