Payment Information "Tax" Not Displaying

When tax is added to a product it shows a blank then : $tax rate.

I read a post stating that I need to add descriptions to the tax rate. I did that. It didn't help get "Tax" to show up.

Can someone please advice where I go in the admin section to turn this text on or add it?

Hey, I'm having the same issue. I cannot find the file to define tax_description. What file did you add the description to?

I'm searching the word 'tax' at this point. :wacko:

Also, for the record, I'm using 1.3.8a (store and db)
