How to Remove the messages ??

Hi, Newby here just setting up my first store.

Does anyone know how to make it so that the PAGE NAME is my store name, and not "Zen Cart, The Art Of E-Commerce" ??

Also, I have changed the message on the main page, but cant delete the message "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution." above where it says "log yourself in" ?

Any help or advise would be much appreciated,
