Storewide price increase

Is there a way to increase prices storewide? For example raise the price on everything by 5% or whatever arbitrary percentage? I'm thinking maybe if I did a storewide sale with a negative amount (i.e. everything on sale with a -5% discount) Don't know if that would work and I'm scared to try without checking first. I know there has to be a better way than adjusting every price. There are over 400 items in the store.

Any help would be appreciated.
