allow ordering less than Product Qty Minimum when stock is low

Is it possible to configure Zen Cart so a customer can still order a product if the Products Quantity (stock) drops below the Product Qty Minimum?
If there is enough stock the Product Qty Minimum should always apply.

I would like to allow customers to order less than the Product Qty Minimum so I can sell the remaining stock. But the customer should never be able to order more than the remaining stock.

You can't have it both ways automatically. You'll have to remove your minimum when the stock reaches that level and make sure to have the stock settings so they can not checkout with more than you have.
