shipping confirmation emails

Hello-
I'd like to change the text of the emails that are sent to customers when their order has shipped. Right now, it is just the default text (which seems overly wordy and a bit confusing). Can someone point me to the right place?

in you files, go to /email/ folder, you will see all email (HTML) templates there.
