add mailing list on non-store pages

I can't figure out how to have the mailing list sign up on the other pages in my site. My store is at http://www.intelligenttease.com/store and the main site will be on https://www.intelligenttease.com. What do I link to so people who aren't buying can sign up for the mailing list as well? The sign up page?
